In the morning of the second day of thanksgiving prepared
by the family of President of the Republic of Burundi, there was a seminar for
young people led by the First Lady of the Country. The seminar, held at
Buyelycee in Ngozi Province was focused on "vision".
Jean Pierre Ntahimpera who was the first trainer based his
teachings on the First Epistle to Timothy 4: 12: “Let no man despise thy youth;
but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith,
in purity”. The trainer encouraged the youth because little by little the bird builds
its nest. He also gave testimony of his own life which is aligned with his
vision of being pastor. He says he has prepared his vision since childhood and
youth must prepare their vision in early age.
As for the First Lady, it is necessary that everyone
gives his vision to the Lord because he manages the life of any person
(Proverbs16: 3). Her Excellency Denise Nkurunziza also recommended young people
to think of a vision that will benefit everyone. She advised them not to
develop the selfish spirit in their heart.
The First Lady also lavished advices to the young people on good manners and respect for older people than them (Jacques4: 17).
